Post Falls Roof Transformed: Resolving Leaks and Improving Ventilation for Long-Lasting Protection

This Post Falls roof had three existing layers of shingles with multiple repairs to stop leaks. The customer chose roof replacement to resolve the issues with the roof. After the three layers were removed several sheets of plywood were replaced before the new roof was installed. Ice/water shield and synthetic underlayment were installed after the decking was repaired. The attic was under ventilated so additional can vents were installed to increase ventilation. The customer chose Malarkey Vista AR shingles in Storm Gray.
